Effect of Metformin in the treatment polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要目的探讨二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果。方法选择2020年8月至2021年7月湖北理工学院附属黄石爱康医院收治的186例多囊卵巢综合征患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(93例)和对照组(93例),分别给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片及二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,比较两组治疗效果、性激素水平、胰岛素抵抗指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.70%,高于对照组的79.57%;观察组治疗后空腹胰岛素水平为(18.68±2.43)mmol/L,高于对照组的(16.36±2.39)mmol/L,胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹血糖水平分别为(4.75±1.52)、(4.25±1.47)mmol/L,低于对照组的(5.89±1.67)、(5.43±1.56)mmol/L,观察组性激素水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者可改善其性激素水平及胰岛素抵抗,提高治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of Metformin in the treatment of polyc ystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 186 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in Huangshi Love&Health Hospital Affiliated of Hubei Polytechnic University from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group(93 cases)and the control group(93 cases)by random number table method.They were treated with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Tablets and Metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Tablets,respectively.The therapeutic effect,sex hormone levels and insulin resistance indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.70%,which was higher than 79.57%of the control group;after treatment,the fasting insulin level of the observation group was(18.68±2.43)mmol/L,higher than that of the control group of(16.36±2.39)mmol/L,the insulin resistance index and fasting plasma glucose level were(4.75±1.52),(4.25±1.47)mmol/L respectively,which were lower than those of the control group of(5.89±1.67),(5.43±1.56)mmol/L,and the sex hormone levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin can improve the level of sex hormone and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,and improve the treatment effect.
