摘要
[目的]探究阿法骨化醇联合胰岛素增敏剂及注射用绒促性素治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的疗效。[方法]回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年10月平煤神马医疗集团总医院诊治的PCOS患者97例。采用胰岛素增敏剂及注射用绒促性素治疗的48例作为对照组,采用阿法骨化醇联合胰岛素增敏剂及注射用绒促性素治疗的49例作为观察组。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后性激素指标(卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、睾酮)变化、排卵情况(成熟卵泡数、排卵率、妊娠率)。[结果]观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3 mon,观察组血清FSH、LH、雌二醇(E2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),成熟卵泡数多于对照组,排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]阿法骨化醇联合胰岛素增敏剂及注射用绒促性素能改善PCOS患者性激素水平,促进排卵,提高妊娠率,疗效显著。
[Objective]To investigate the efficacy of alfacalcidol combined with insulin sensitizer and chorionic gonadotropin for injection in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).[Methods]A retrospective analysis was performed on 97 patients with PCOS in General hospital of Pingmei shenma medical group from January 2018 to October 2019.48 patients treated with insulin sensitizer and chorionic gonadotropin for injection were taken as control group,and 49 patients treated with alfacalcidol combined with insulin sensitizer and chorionic gonadotropin for injection were taken as the observation group.The clinical efficacy,changes in sex hormone indicators(follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,testosterone),and ovulation(mature follicle count,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.[Results]The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.92%higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05);serum FSH,LH,E2 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05);the number of mature follicles in the observation group was more than that in the control group,and the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Alfacalcidol combined with insulin sensitizer and chorionic gonadotropin for injection can improve the level of sex hormones,promote ovulation,increase the pregnancy rate,and the effect is significant.
