摘要
通过对“金牌解说”数字化平台上的旅游服务进行研究,分析数字化转型驱动下旅游服务的价值创造机制。研究发现:数字化转型驱动下的旅游服务通过七条传导路径创造价值,并且路径间具有相互依赖性。其中,亲密关系负向影响价值创造,而转换成本、服务水平、再主体化、外部人力资本、外部经济、产品功能均正向影响价值创造。数字化转型驱动下的旅游服务最终实现主体价值、游客价值、平台价值、社会价值。其中,游客价值在部分传导路径不畅的情况下既有增加部分,也有削减部分。研究成果厘清了数字化转型驱动下价值创造的轨迹,并认为新的价值创造机制能满足更多利益相关者的需求,将推动旅游市场和行业发生深层次的变革。
This paper analyzes the value creation mechanism of tourism service driven by digital transformation by studying the tourism service on the digital platform of “Gold Commentary”.Research findings: Driven by digital transformation,tourism services create value through seven transmission paths,and the paths are interdependent.Among them,“intimate relationship” negatively affects value creation,while “switching cost”“service level”“re-subjectivism”“external human capital”“external economy” and “product function” all positively affect value creation.The tourism service driven by digital transformation finally realizes the subject value,tourist value,platform value and social value.Among them,“tourist value” has both increased part and decreased part in the case of poor transmission path.The research results clarify the trajectory of value creation driven by digital transformation,and believe that the new value creation mechanism can meet the needs of more stakeholders,and will promote the in-depth reform of tourism market and industry.
