摘要
探讨企业数字化战略如何影响企业市场竞争力和组织韧性。在2020年全球新冠肺炎疫情危机的背景下,考察在疫情爆发前数字化战略如何影响企业市场竞争力,以及在疫情危机之后如何影响组织韧性。利用2010—2020年沪深两市上市公司的面板数据,采用PSM、固定效应模型、OLS和生存分析法分别进行3项子研究。研究结果显示:企业数字化战略导向与企业市场竞争力正相关,其中企业数字化战略导向对企业市场竞争力的正向关系在环境不稳定的情况下更敏感;企业数字化战略导向能够缓冲企业短期内经历的亏损,并可以快速的从全球新冠疫情危机中复苏。
In this study,we explore how corporate digital strategy orientation affects corporate market competitiveness and organizational resilience.In the context of the global COVID-19 crisis in 2020,we examine how corporate digital strategy orientation impacts the market competitiveness of firms prior to the onset of the COVID-19 crisis,and how this,in turn,affects organizational resilience during and after the COVID-19 crisis.Based on the panel data of Listed Companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2010 to 2020,this study uses fixed effect model,OLS regression and survival analysis to conduct three sub studies.The results show that:corporate digital strategic orientation is positively related to the corporate market competitiveness,and this positive relationship is more sensitive to environmental instability;furthermore,firms with high level of corporate digital strategy orientation experience less losses in the short run and take shorter time to recover from the 2020 COVID-19.
