摘要
目的探究产科护理教学中应急培训配合差异教学法的应用效果。方法将2020年5月—2021年5月于德阳市人民医院产科实习的68名护生作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为2组,A组护生34名,采用传统教学模式;B组护生34名,采用应急培训配合差异教学法。对比2组教学效果、护生对带教老师的评价、护生对教学效果的评价。结果与A组比较,B组护生理论知识、实践操作考核成绩更高(P<0.05);与A组比较,B组护生对带教老师教学管理、技能、知识与教学态度的评分更高(P<0.05);与A组比较,B组护生对教学效果的各项评分更高(P<0.05)。结论产科护理教学中应急培训配合差异教学法的应用效果理想。
Objective To explore the application effect of emergency training combined with differential teaching method in obstetric nursing teaching.Methods 68 nursing students who practiced in obstetrics in our hospital from May 2020 to may 2021 were regarded as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.34 nursing students in group A adopted the traditional teaching mode and 34 nursing students in group B adopted the emergency training combined with the difference teaching method.The teaching effects of the two groups,the evaluation of nursing students on teaching teachers and the evaluation of nursing students on teaching effects were compared.Results Compared with group A,the scores of nursing students in group B were higher in theoretical knowledge and practical operation(P<0.05);Compared with group A,nursing students in group B scored higher on teaching management,skills,knowledge and teaching attitude(P<0.05);Compared with group A,the scores of nursing students in group B were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of emergency training combined with difference teaching method in obstetric nursing teaching is ideal.
