基于多模式教学方法在产科临床规范化培训教学改革中应用效果的研究

摘要 目的研究产科临床规范化培训教学改革中开展多模式教学方法的具体措施和应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月郴州市第一人民医院规培基地学员60名,按照电脑随机法分为两组,对照组30名学员接受产科常规教学法,观察组30名学员接受基于有效处置产科常见病、多发病以及并发症、合并症的多模式教学模式,对比两组学员教学效果的差异性。结果观察组学员常见产科并发症理论知识掌握情况以及产科常规手术技能掌握情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学员课题答辩能力水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学员对于教学满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学员认知领域、精神运动领域以及情感领域得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科临床规范化培训教学改革中开展多模式教学方法的效果确切,可以提高学员理论知识以及操作技能掌握程度,提升学员对于教学的满意度。 Objective To study the concrete measures and application effects of multi-mode teaching method in the reform of obstetrics clinical standardized training teaching.Methods A total of 60 trainees from the Planning Training Base of Chenzhou First People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selects and divided into groups according to the computer random method.30 trainees in the control group received the conventional teaching method of obstetrics,and 30 trainees in the observation group received the multi-mode teaching model based on effective management of common and frequent obstetric diseases,as well as complications and comorbidities.The difference of teaching effect between the two groups was compared.Results The trainees in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group in the assessment of the theoretical knowledge of common obstetric complications and the mastery of the skills of routine obstetric surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The defense ability of trainees in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of trainees in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores in cognitive field,psychomotor field and emotional field in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of carrying out multi-mode teaching method in the standardization training of obstetrics clinical teaching reform is accurate,which can improve the students'mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and enhance the students'satisfaction with teaching.
