摘要
针对目前应用型高校人才培养质量不高的情况,提出了优化人才培养方案的研究。继而提出应用型人才创新孵化设计,通过培养创新创业意识、打造“双师型”教学团队、搭建创新创业实践教育平台以及充分利用学校和企业资源,开展校企联合教学,全面培养学生的创新创业能力。采用案例研究的方法对应用型人才创新孵化训练成功经验进行解读,以期为我国应用型高校人才培养提供参考。
In view of the current application-oriented universities for the quality of personnel training is not high,put forward the optimization of personnel training program research.Then it puts forward the innovation incubation design of application-oriented talents,and comprehensively cultivates students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability by cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness,creating a double-teacher-oriented teaching team,building an innovation and entrepreneurship practice education platform,and making full use of school and enterprise resources to carry out school-enterprise joint teaching.In order to provide reference value for talents training in application-oriented colleges and universities in China,the successful experience of innovative incubation training of application-oriented talents is interpreted by case study.
