摘要
目的观察微格教学法在提高中医专业学生针灸操作技能水平中的作用。方法将2017级中医学专业92名学生分为试验组和对照组,每组46名学生。试验组运用微格教学理念和方法进行训练,对照组依照传统讲练式教学,比较2组的应用效果。结果试验组学生针刺、艾灸、拔罐技能考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组学生对技能操作的学习兴趣更浓厚,掌握程度更熟练及课堂气氛更活跃(P<0.05)。结论在针灸操作能力培养中,微格教学法的训练效果要优于传统教学方法,能有效提高学生的学习兴趣,活跃课堂氛围,帮助学生更好地记忆相关操作要领,达到提高学习效率的目的。
Objective To observe the effect of microteaching in improving manipulation skills on acupuncture and moxibustion of students of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods A total of 92 TCM students from Grade 2017 were divided into experimental group and control group,with 46 students in each group.The experimental group was trained with the microteaching concept and method,while the control group was trained according to the traditional teaching method.And then the application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of skill examinations of acupuncture and cupping in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group were more interested in the learning manipulation skills,more proficient in the mastery and more active in the classroom atmosphere(P<0.05).Conclusion In the training of acupuncture manipulation ability,the training effect of microteaching method is better than that of traditional teaching method.Microteaching method can be effectively used to improve students’interest in learning,activate the classroom atmosphere,and help students better memorize relevant points,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving learning efficiency.
