摘要
目的分析临床技能教学中微格教学策略的应用影响。方法于我院2018年7月初至2019年6月底随机选定66名实习学生和住培学员,分组原则是随机数字表法,为33名实验组实习学生和住培学员展开微格教学策略,为33名对照组实习学生和住培学员展开传统教学策略。结果对比对照组,实验组理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩、OSCE考试通过率均更加理想,差异显著,P<0.05。结论临床技能教学中应用微格教学策略,效果显著。
Objective to analyze application effect of microteaching strategies in clinical skills teaching.Methods choose 66 cases intern students and resident students from beginning of July 2018 to the end of June 2019 randomly.With grouping principle of random number table method,33 cases in experimental groups were treated with micro-teaching strategy,and 33 cases in control group with traditional teaching strategy.Results theoretical test scores,operational test scores,and OSCE test passing rates of experimental group were more ideal than control group,with significant differences,P<0.05.Conclusion microteaching strategy has significant effect in clinical skills teaching.
