摘要
男性不育症病因病机趋于复杂化,而以肾虚、脾虚、血瘀三者夹杂较为多见,影响男性心理健康和家庭和谐。基于“脑-心-肾-精室”轴用药观,应用芪芎方治疗本病,以其禀“整体与局部同治”之意,具有补肾健脾、活血生精之效,同时药用平和,补而不滞,减少耗气伤血之弊,达到整体与局部同治的目的,适合不育患者长时间治疗。
The etiology and pathogenesis of male infertility tend to be complicated,and kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency and blood stasis are more common,which affect male mental health and family harmony.Based on the"brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber"axis view on drugs,we have used Qixiong formula,which adheres to the principle about treating the whole and the local at the same time in the treatment of this disease to emphasize making up the kidney and spleen and promoting the blood and producing sperm.The kinds of Chinese medicine used in the formula are calm and don′t have the disadvantages such as damage to the spleen and stomach or depletion of the blood.It can achieve the purpose of treating the whole and the local at the same time,and be suitable for infertility patients to take the medicine for a long time.
