摘要
男性不育症在中医学属"精冷""精少""虚劳无子"等范畴,病位在肾所主之精窍,其病机根本在于肾虚血瘀。陈其华教授认为,先天肾精亏虚,加之饮食劳倦、七情内伤等因素导致的精道瘀滞为本病主要病机,在治疗上应以"以通为用",辅以补益脾肾,使精道得通,肾精通畅条达,参以引经药物直达病所,注重整体与局部辨证,权衡疾病虚实主次,身心同治,每获良效,另举验案以飨同道。
In traditional Chinese medicine,male infertility belongs to the category of"Jing Leng""Jing Shao""Xu Lao Wu Zi"and so on.The disease location of male infertility lies in the essence and orifices dominated by kidney,and its pathogenesis is kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Professor Chen Qihua,s believes that congenital deficiency of the essence of the kidney,combined with fatigue of the diet and internal injuries of the seven emotions,causes the main pathogenesis of this disease.The treatment should be based on the principle of"Through Generalization",supplemented by the spleen and kidney.Make the essence and path clear,so that the essence of the road can be unblocked,and the kidney is proficient in smooth,participate in the introduction of meridians and drugs directly to the disease,and pay attention to the overall and local dialectics,weigh the priority of the disease,emphasize the same treatment of the body and mind,and check the case to enjoy the same path every time a good effect is obtained.
