摘要
《傅青主男科》是明末清初著名医家傅山著述的辨治内科杂病、男性疾病等的中医著作。其中在论治"男子精少"中提出了诸多精辟的见解,并且其所运用的治疗方法、用药配伍等不拘泥于前人思想、独具特点。《傅青主男科》中论治"男子精少"注重脏腑调养,强调气血精津的重要性,重视从"痰"论治,并提出导致"男子精少"的"六病机":精寒、气衰、痰多、相火盛、精少、气郁,对现代男科的男性不育症、少弱精症、阳痿等疾病的诊疗具有重要指导意义。
"Fu Qing’s Male Subject"is a book on traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of internal medical diseases and male diseases,written by the famous medical doctor Fu Shan in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties.Among them,a lot of insightful opinions were put forward in the treatment of"men’s fine men",and the treatment methods and drug compatibility used by them are not limited to the predecessors’thoughts and have unique personal characteristics.In"Fu Qing’s Master Men",the treatment of"men’s oligospermia"emphasizes the adjustment of organs,emphasizes the importance of qi,blood and essence,emphasizes the treatment of"phlegm",and proposes the"six pathogenesis"that leads to"men’s oligosciaemia":Jinghan,Qi decay,phlegm,irritability,oligospermia,qi depression,has important guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility,oligozoospermia,impotence and other diseases in modern andrology.
