摘要
乡村振兴是党和国家对于新时期乡村发展提出的重大战略,乡村振兴战略的实施,需要乡村教师有所作为。乡村教师在乡村振兴中应当是人才培养的主体、优秀文化的传播代表与乡村治理的智囊参谋。但是,当下的乡村教师仍处于缺乏作为意识、权威角色式微以及缺少作为支持的困境之中。因此,构建乡村教师在乡村振兴中可为的支持体系是十分必要的,这需要唤醒乡村教师作为的主体意识,通过回归乡土和创建良好舆论氛围重构乡村教师权威角色,为乡村教师作为提供坚实的制度保障。
Rural revitalization is a grand strategy proposed by the Chinese government for rural development in the new era.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy requires rural teachers to take responsibility and play their roles.Rural teachers should become not only the main body of talent training in rural revitalization but also the representatives of the dissemination of excellent culture,and they can also become the brain tank of rural governance.However,they are currently faced with the real dilemma of lack of awareness of action,declining role of authority and lack of support for action in rural teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to build a support system so that rural teachers can play a role in rural revitalization.The main measures are first to awaken the subjective consciousness of rural teachers.Second,rebuild the value of the authoritative role of rural teachers by returning to the countryside and creating a good atmosphere of public opinion.Third,provide a solid institutional guarantee for rural teachers.
