Optimization of Intellectual Property Public Information Platform in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from the Perspective of Supply and Demand

摘要近年来,保护知识产权就是保护创新观念深入人心,知识产权公共信息服务平台作为创新发展的有力支撑与保障,已成为知识产权强国发展的必然要求。以粤港澳大湾区知识产权公共信息服务平台为研究样本,对34个粤港澳大湾区知识产权公共信息服务平台的建设及服务现状进行调查分析,深度访谈获取知识产权生态链不同用户群体的信息需求,可以发现,用户对于知识产权公共信息服务平台的功能需求为知识获取、知识生产和知识应用,对系统支持的要求为设备兼容性、网络稳定性、数据库稳定性及界面美观性。基于此,优化粤港澳大湾区知识产权公共信息服务平台应注意基础资源与服务标准齐头并进,供给主体与服务范畴更多元,服务对象受益与监督双促进。 In recent years, the notion of protecting intellectual property is protecting innovation has been widly accepted. As a strong support and guarantee for regional innovation and development, intellectual property public information service platform has become an essential requirement for the development of a powerful country.This article takes Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as example to explore intellectual property public information service platforms construction in this area, by surveying the construction and service condition of 34 intellectual property public information service platforms. Besides, this article investigates intellectual property information service needs of different user groups of the innovation chain through in-depth interviews. It can be found that the functional requirements of users for intellectual property public information service platform are knowledge acquisition, knowledge production and knowledge application, and the requirements for system support are equipment compatibility, network stability, database stability and interface aesthetics. Based on this, to optimize the intellectual property public information service platform in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, we should pay attention to the simultaneous development of basic resources and service standards, more diversified supply subjects and service categories, and double promotion of benefit and supervision of service objects.
