摘要
基于信息生态理论,利用文献调研法和专家咨询法,从服务主体、服务对象、信息环境、信息本体和信息技术5个方面构建高校专利信息服务质量影响因素体系,并运用DEMATEL模型识别关键影响因素,分析各因素之间的相互作用。研究发现,高校专利信息服务质量受到8个关键因素的影响,分别为服务能力、服务资质、工作经验、团队协作、管理制度、机构资质、服务全面性和服务专业性,并针对8个因素提出提升高校专利信息服务质量的策略。
Based on the theory of information ecology,this paper constructs a system of factors affecting the quality of patent information service in universities from five aspects:service subject,service object,information environment,information ontology,and information technology by using literature research and expert consultation.In addition,DEMATEL model is used to identify the key factors and analyze the interaction between the factors.The result shows that the patent information service quality in universities is affected by eight key factors,respectively service capability,service qualifications,work experience,teamwork,management system,institutional qualification,service comprehensiveness,and service professionalism.Based on the above eight factors,the improvement strategies of patent information service quality in universities are proposed.
