摘要
                
                    教师专业核心能力是教师专业素养形成的内核与归宿,是能力个性品质在教师专业活动中的特有表现与运用,属于教师职业活动中的关键能力。基于能力分析、结构和模型理论,借鉴国内外教师专业能力结构研究,以《中(小)学教师专业标准(试行)》为依据,运用专业活动分析方法,构建教师专业核心能力“阶梯状-多相关”模型。
                
                Teachers’professional core competence is the kernel and end-result of teachers’professional accomplishment,the unique expression and application of ability and personality quality,which belongs to the special competence in teachers’professional activities.Based on competence analysis,structure and model theories,and and reference to domestic and foreign researches on the structure of teachers’professional competence,and the Professional Standards for Teachers of Middle(Primary)Schools,this paper attempts to construct a“ladder-multicorrelation”model of teachers’professional core competence by means of professional activity analysis.
