摘要
探明新时代大学教师关键教学能力的结构特征,是建设高素质专业化教师队伍必须做好的基础性工作之一。在深度访谈、教学观察和政策文本分析的基础上,采用扎根理论的编码技术,初步求得新时代大学教师的教学能力包括6个维度、59个能力点。运用德尔菲法筛选得出6个维度中有29个能力点是关键教学能力点。29个关键教学能力点可根据其重要性分为三个层次。研究结果表明,新时代大学教师教学能力的培育要从课堂教学能力、教学基础能力、教学研究能力、专业践行能力、课程开发能力和课外指导能力六方面着手。
To explore the structural features of the key teaching ability of university teachers in the new era is one of the basic tasks to build a high-quality professional teaching staff.Based on in-depth interviews,instructional observations,and policy text analysis,this paper adopts the coding techniques of grounded theory,the teaching ability of university teachers in the new era should include 6 dimensions and 59 ability points.According to Delphi’s method,29 aptitude points in these six dimensions can be regarded as the key teaching aptitude points.These 29 key teaching competencies can also be divided into three levels according to their importance.The above research results show that the cultivation of our university teachers’teaching ability in the new era should start from six aspects:classroom teaching ability,teaching basic ability,teaching research ability,professional practice ability,curriculum development ability and extra-curricular guidance ability.
