摘要
发展绿色食品产业是控制农业面源污染和解决食品安全问题的重要途径,建立各相关主体合作中的利益均衡机制是实现绿色食品产业提质增效的关键。考虑到政府扶持政策的实施以及消费者需求和环保监督意识的增长对食品企业生产决策的影响,将三方利益主体纳入合作博弈分析框架,利用Shapley值法探讨绿色食品发展利益分配方案,转变以往只有政府和企业互动的传统思路。结果表明,政府、食品企业和消费者参与合作联盟能够提高绿色食品产业链整体效益,同时各参与主体也能获取更多的收益分配,具体与其边际贡献相关。据此,政府应优化扶持政策,食品企业应合理配置资源进行标准化生产加工,消费者应树立主体意识,共同推进绿色食品产业高质量发展。
The development of green food industry is an important way to control agricultural non-point source pollution and to solve the problem of food safety.The establishment of interest balance mechanism in the cooperation of all relevant subjects is the key to improve quality and performance of green food industry.Considering the impact of the implementation of government support policies and the growth of consumer demand and awareness of environmental supervision on the production decision-making of food enterprises,the tripartite stakeholders are included in the cooperative game analysis framework,and the Shapley value method is used to explore the benefit distribution scheme of green food development,so as to change the traditional idea that only the government and enterprises interact.The results show that the participation of government,food enterprises and consumers in the cooperative alliance can improve the overall efficiency of the green food industry chain,and each participant can obtain more income distribution,which is related to its marginal contribution.Accordingly,the government should optimize the supporting policies,food enterprises should rationally allocate resources for standardized production and processing,and consumers should establish the subject consciousness.The three stakeholders jointly promote the high-quality development of the green food industry.
