摘要
绿色农业发展离不开良好的农业环境质量,环境规制的约束会迫使农业生产向生态绿色方式转型。但现有农业环境质量水平存在区域间差异性,对辖区内绿色农业发展影响程度如何,及是否对周边地区产生溢出和示范效应,仍需要实证探索。本文以绿色食品数量水平衡量绿色农业发展水平,采集中国2011—2020年共34 452条果蔬类绿色食品数据,从微观视角描述中国绿色农业发展的时空演化特征,并探索省市间发展的空间自相关性和差异性。进一步引入空间杜宾模型,考察农业环境质量水平对绿色农业发展影响的空间效应。结果表明,农业环境质量对绿色食品发展产生显著的规制作用;农资施用对周边地区绿色食品发展产生较为明显的溢出效应。综上,本文提出了农业环境质量提升与发展绿色农业的相关对策建议。
Green agricultural development cannot be achieved without good agricultural environmental quality.Thus,the constraints of environmental regulations will force agricultural production transforming to the ecological and green methods.However,there are inter-regional differences in the existing agricultural environmental quality levels.The influence on green agriculture and whether there are spillover effects on neighboring areas still need to be explored empirically.The author firstly measured the green agriculture development by using green food.Based on 34,452 green food data of fruits and vegetables in China from 2011 to 2020,we portrayed the spatial characteristics of green agriculture development in China from a microscopic perspective for the first time.And it was found that there were spatial autocorrelation and variability of development between provinces and cities.Laterly,Spatial Durbin model was applied to examine the spatial effects of agricultural environmental quality on the development of green agriculture.The results showed that the quality of agricultural environment has a significant regulatory effect on green food,and the application of agricultural materials has an obvious spillover effect on green food development in the surrounding areas.In summary,the author proposes measures related to the improvement of agricultural environmental quality and the development of green agriculture.
