摘要
本文基于投入产出表,测算出山东产业特征系数和要素投入结构系数,并对比分析与中国、美国和日本等经济系统的差异。结果表明,全省经济系统深加工程度不断强化,但是资源型、能源型特征比较突出,处在微笑型曲线的中间环节,科技创新和市场化程度相对不足。本文认为全省在产业链条上统筹新旧动能优势,巩固旧动能,通过深化科技创新和优化市场环境局部培育新动能,精准引进项目或者研发新项目,是近期比较符合实际的路径选择。
Based on the input-output table,this paper analyzes the main characteristics of Shandong’s economic system and the coefficient differences between its input factor structure and the economies of China,the United States and Japan.Results show that the deep processing degree of the whole province’s economic system is continuously strengthened,but the characteristics of resource-based and energy-based are prominent,which are in the middle of the smiling curve,and the degree of scientific and technological innovation and marketization is relatively insufficient.This paper holds that the province’s path choice is more practical in the near future,which is to coordinate the advantages of new and old kinetic energy in the industrial chains,consolidate the old kinetic energy,cultivate new kinetic energy through deepening scientific and technological innovation and optimizing the market environment,and precisely introduce projects or research and development.
