摘要
交交变频同步电机矢量控制系统在冶金、煤炭等行业的应用日益广泛,例如用于轧钢机和矿井提升机主传动上。采用这种变频调速方式,给用户带来很大的经济效益,但也给供电电网带来较大的无功冲击,影响了供电网的电能质量。为此,需要对该系统供电侧功率状况进行全面分析,以便对供电网采取相应的治理措施。针对该系统电网侧无功功率和功率因数进行了全面深入的分析,包括理论研究和仿真实验。首先是对各种功率理论的讨论,确立适合于该系统基金项目:国家杰出青年科学基金资助项目(59625713)。供电网侧瞬时功率分析的计算方法。在此基础上,对系统动、静态过程中瞬时功率状况进行定量分析。
The cycloconverter fed synchronous motor system with field oriented control has been widely applied to metallurgical and coal industry, etc. Adapting thus adjustable mode with chauging frequency,there are more ecomocal benefit for consumers,but in so much impnlse of reactive power that have influence on quality of power delivery. Employing theoretical analysis and digital simulation experiments, this paper deals with the status of reactive power and power factor on supply net of such system. Different principles for three phase power analysis are studied and adapted in methods be established for this kind of AC/AC drive system. Then quantified reactive power analysis is carried on and its changing regularity under both static and dynamic processes is given. It points out that both traditional power principle and instantaneous power principle are applicable to system static process analysis. For dynamic process analysis, only the latter is valid. The reactive power on supply net changes with the system running conditions. Its amplitude is decided by motor's rotating speed and load torque while the power factor is mainly influenced by the rotating speed but has little relations with load torque.
