摘要
人力资源三支柱模式自融入东方管理实践中,对人力资源管理效能的提升及企业战略目标的实现起到了重要的推动作用。本研究以华汇集团三支柱模式的优化提升为目标,在兼顾理性与感性、生产与营销、服务与引领的思想指导下,重新设计三角色的定位与职责,以期打造出三支柱模式在勘察设计行业的成功案例。
Since applied to the oriental management practice, the three-pillar mode of human resources has played an important role in improving the efficiency of human resources management and realizing the strategic purposes of enterprises. This case study of Huahui Group aims at optimizing the three-pillar model of human resource management under the guidance of balancing rationality and sensibility, producing and marketing, serving and leading. Then, this study redefined the position and responsibilities of the three pillar, so as to create a successful case in the survey and design industry.
