摘要
随着人力资源管理转型需求的出现,HRBP作为人力资源与业务部门的桥梁,成为有力的转型工具,然而在管理实践中却面临诸多挑战。本文基于目前国内HRBP职位需求及出现的问题,尝试探究我国HRBP胜任力构成,为优化人力资源管理实践提供一定参考。
with the transformation need of human resource management, HRBP as the bridge of HR Department and Business Department becomes an effective tool for the transformation. However, it still confronts many challenges in the practice.
