摘要
体育治理作为社会治理的重要组成部分,是新时代背景下全面推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要环节。运用文献综述、逻辑分析等研究方法,对和谐观与体育治理概念进行梳理,并在科技哲学的层面审视科技应用于体育治理的影响。科技在体育治理中的应用可以促进治理主体的转换、治理手段的完善与治理结构的调整,但同时也存在公民权利易受侵犯、技术自身存在隐患、治理权利不断分化的负面影响。所以在科技助力体育治理的具体情境中,应实现体育与自然的和谐、体育与社会的和谐、体育与人自身的和谐,从而消解科技带来的生存困境。
As an important part of social governance,sports governance is an important link in the context of the new era to comprehensively promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Using research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,the concepts of harmonious view and sports governance are sorted out,and the impact of technology application in sports governance is examined at the level of philosophy of science and technology.The application of science and technology in sports governance can promote the transformation of governance subjects,the improvement of governance means and the adjustment of governance structure,but at the same time there are also negative effects of easy violation of civil rights,hidden dangers of technology itself and the continuous division of governance rights.Therefore,in the specific context of technology-assisted sports governance,the harmony between sports and nature,sports and society,and sports and people themselves should be achieved,so as to dissolve the existential dilemma brought by technology.
