摘要
目的研究针对性护理在老年下肢骨折手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选取湖北六七二中西医结合骨科医院自2019年10月至2020年10月接诊120例需接受手术治疗的老年下肢骨折患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各60例,对照组给予手术室常规护理,试验组在手术室常规护理基础上增加针对性护理,对比两组患者临并发症发生率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理质量评分、临床指标及护理满意度与护理依从性。结果护理前两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义,护理后试验组患者SAS评分、SDS评分及并发症发生率等均低于对照组,护理质量评分、护理满意度及护理依从性均明显高于对照组,手术时间、术后下床锻炼时间及住院时间等均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在老年下肢骨折手术室护理中的应用效果较为显著。因此,应将针对性护理推广至老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中,促使手术室护理质量显著提升。
Objective To study the application effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures in the operating room.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with lower limb fractures who needed surgical treatment were selected from The No.672 Orthopedic Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Hubei Province from October 2019 to October 2020.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the test group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing in the operating room,and the test group was given additional targeted nursing on the basis of the conventional nursing in the operating room.The incidence of clinical complications,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,nursing quality scores,clinical indicators,nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in the SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups of patients.After nursing,the SAS scores,SDS scores and the incidence of complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Nursing quality scores,nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance were significantly higher than those of the control group.The operation time,postoperative time to exercise and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of targeted nursing in operating room nursing for elderly patients with lower limb fractures is remarkable.Therefore,targeted nursing should be extended to the nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures in the operating room to promote the significant improvement of the quality of nursing in the operating room.
