摘要
目的 观察综合康复护理对预防脊柱骨折术后患者下肢疼痛发生率和深静脉血栓形成(DVT)发生率的影响.方法 选取本院脊柱骨折患者100例,选取时间为2015年7月到2016年8月,随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合康复护理,对比两组患者的下肢疼痛发生率和DVT发生率.结果 观察组的下肢疼痛发生率、DVT发生率比对照组低(P<0.05).结论 为脊柱骨折术后患者实施综合康复护理,可有效降低下肢疼痛发生率和DVT发生率,其预防效果显著,值得临床推广.
Objective To observation the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the incidence of lower extremity pain and deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with spinal fracture.Methods 100 patients with spinal fractures in our hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group from July 2015 to August 2016.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group implemented comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of lower extremity pain and deep venous thrombosis were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of lower extremity pain and DVT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal fractures can effectively reduce the incidence of lower extremity pain and the incidence of DVT.The preventive effect is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
