摘要
目的分析针对老年女性骨质疏松腰背痛患者采用系统疼痛护理的价值。方法选取兰州大学第二医院2019年3月至2021年3月接诊的骨质疏松女性患者作为研究对象,共88例,按照对患者采用护理方式不同进行分组,每组44例。对照组主要采用常规护理模式,观察组选择系统化疼痛护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果①比较两组护理前后疼痛度评分:干预前两组疼痛度评分比较,有可比性(P>0.05);与对照组干预后进行比较,观察组疼痛度评分低(P<0.05)。②比较两组不良情绪评分:干预前两组不良情绪评分比较,有可比性(P>0.05);与对照组干预后进行比较,观察组不良情绪评分低(P<0.05)。③比较两组护理满意度:观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统化疼痛护理属于一种更为科学的护理模式,能缓解老年女性骨质疏松腰背痛患者的疼痛感,有利于其病情恢复。
Objective To analyze the value of systematic pain nursing in elderly women with osteoporosis and low back pain.Methods Eighty-eight female patients with osteoporosis in the second hospital of Lanzhou university from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into groups according to different nursing methods,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was mainly treated with routine nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with systematic pain nursing mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results①Compare the pain score before and after nursing in the two groups:Before the intervention,the pain score of the two groups was comparable(P>0.05).Compared with the control group after the intervention,the pain score of the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②Compared two groups of bad mood score:Before the intervention,the two groups of bad mood score comparison,there is comparability(P>0.05).Compared with the control group after the intervention,the observation group bad mood score is low,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).③The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic pain nursing is a more scientific nursing mode,which can relieve the pain of elderly female patients with osteoporosis low back pain,and is conducive to their recovery.
