摘要
目的:探讨异常子宫出血护理中针对性护理模式的效果观察。方法:纳入96例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者,时间2021年1月-2021年12月,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理模式,研究组应用针对性护理模式。结果:与对照组比较,研究组依从率更高(P<0.05);两组干预后抑郁评分、焦虑评分均小于干预前(P<0.05),与对照组比较,研究组干预后的抑郁评分、焦虑评分均更小(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理应用在异常子宫出血患者护理中,可以对患者的遵医行为给予有效改善,对患者的不良心理状态给予有效减轻,显著增加患者的满意度,应用效果良好,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing mode in abnormal uterine bleeding nursing.Methods A total of 96 patients with perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional nursing mode,and the study group was treated with targeted nursing mode.Results Compared with the control group,the compliance rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05).The depression score and anxiety score of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the depression score and anxiety score of the study group after intervention were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of targeted nursing in the nursing of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can effectively improve the compliance behavior of patients,effectively reduce the patients'bad psychological state,significantly increase the patient's satisfaction,the application effect is good,worthy of clinical application.
