摘要
早泄是一种与心理和器质双重相关的疾病,中医理论认为神司精室的开阖,早泄的发生与神躁扰不宁有关。郭军教授认为,治疗早泄应注重养神,《黄帝内经》中说"静则神藏",养神的关键在于"静",具体治疗方法有:结合心理/行为治疗,使心神有制;调气血使平和,令君相安位;滋肾阴济心火,助心肾相交;积精以全神,使藏泄有度;以上各项共同作用,达到阴平阳秘、精神内守、精室藏泄有度的状态。
Premature ejaculation is a both physically and psychological disease. Chinese medicine holds that Shen(Spirit) is in charge of the opening and closing of essence chamber, premature ejaculation is related to spirit disturbance. Professor GUO Jun believes that the treatment on premature ejaculation should pay attention to nourishing the spirit, as mentioned in Inner Canon of Huangdi, the key of nourishing the spirit lies in static, the specific treatments include: combination with psychological/behavioral treatment to make the mind calm, regulating the circulation of qi and blood to make the monarch peace, nourishing kidney yin and reducing the exuberance of heart fire to help heart and kidney intersection;accumulation of essence to make store and release properly, all the above acts together, and in a state of achieving Yin-level-yang secret, mental internal guard, essence room in a harmony state.
