摘要
目的:观察龟甲胶联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年5月长沙市中医医院肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎患者60例,采用随机数字表方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对照组予塞来昔布胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合口服龟甲胶治疗。治疗4周后,对2组综合疗效和治疗前后WOMAC评分、IL-6、TNF-α水平进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组WOMAC评分及IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组下降趋势较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:龟甲胶联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎有良好的临床效果,可促进关节功能恢复和缓解疼痛,可在一定程度上提高患者的生活质量。
Objective:To observe the effect of Guijiajiao combined with Celecoxib capsule in treating knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency.Methods:From July 2019 to May 2020,60 patients with knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency in Changsha hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Celecoxib capsules,and the observation group was treated with oral Guijiajiao on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the comprehensive curative effect of the two groups and the levels of WOMAC,IL-6 and TNF-αbefore and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate(93.33%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the WOMAC score and IL-6 and TNF-αlevels of the two groups decreased,and the downward trend of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guijiajiao combined with Celecoxib capsules has a good clinical effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency,and has a certain effect on the recovery of joint function and pain relief,and has a certain improvement in the quality of life of patients.
