摘要
射精是个连续的过程,是男性达到性高潮的基本条件,早泄是射精功能障碍疾病之一,其发病率高且发病机制尚复杂,严重影响了男性的身心健康及家庭和谐。中医药治疗早泄的经验丰富且具有较好的疗效,本文总结了宾彬教授治疗早泄病的临证经验,其强调宁心安神和脾肾并补在射精控制中的重要性,主张早泄之疾首分虚实两大类,实证表现为亢进型,治疗上以清泄为主;虚证为减退型,治疗以补益为主。
Ejaculation is a continuous process and is the basic condition for men to achieve orgasm.Premature ejaculation is one of the diseases of ejaculation dysfunction.Traditional Chinese medicine has rich experience in the treatment of premature ejaculation and has good curative effect.This article summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Bin Bin in the treatment of premature ejaculation.He emphasizes the importance of tranquilizing the heart and soothing the spleen and kidney in the control of ejaculation,and advocates the disease of premature ejaculation.The first is divided into two categories of deficiency and excess.The positive type is the hyperactive type,and the treatment is mainly to clear the vent;the deficiency is the diminished type,and the treatment is mainly to supplement.
