摘要
目的采用数据挖掘方法探索国家专利数据库治疗早泄的内服及外用中药复方用药思路及配伍规律。方法以“早泄AND中药”为检索式,检索国家专利数据库中药复方治疗早泄专利,提取收集复方组成药物,应用中医传承计算平台(V3.0)对中药数据进行频次统计、药物聚类及关联规则分析,总结核心处方。结果筛选符合要求专利306个,内服复方专利267个,外用复方专利39个,共涉及417味中药,药物累计出现频次3828次。其中,内服复方使用频率最高的中药依次为枸杞子(134次)、菟丝子(111次)、淫羊藿(104次)等;外用复方使用频率最高的中药依次为细辛(19次)、蛇床子(17次)、丁香(17次)等。药物功效内服及外用均以补虚兼固涩类为主;中药四气二者均以温性药为主;五味内服复方以甘味为主;外用复方以辛味为主;归经方面内服复方以肾经、肝经为主;外用复方以肾经、肺经为主;k-means聚类得出核心药物组合,其中内服复方4类,外用复方3类。结论治疗早泄中药内服、外用复方功效均以补肾固精为主,内服复方配伍清热类、活血化瘀类、利水渗湿类等;外用复方配伍温里类、解表类、攻毒杀虫止痒类等为主。
Objective To explore the thinking and compatibility law of oral and external traditional Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of premature ejaculation in the national patent database by using data mining method.Methods Taking“premature ejaculation and traditional Chinese medicine”as the search type,search the patent of traditional Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of premature ejaculation in the national patent database,extract and collect the compound drugs,use the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing platform(V3.0)to make frequency statistics,drug clustering and association rule Analysis on the data of traditional Chinese medicine,and summarize the core prescriptions.Results 306qualified patents,267 internal compound patents and 39 external compound patents were screened,involving 417 traditional Chinese medicines,with a cumulative frequency of 3828 times.Among them,the most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine was medlar(134 times),dodder(111 times),Epimedium(104 times),etc;The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines were Asarum(19 times),Fructus Cnidii(17 times),clove(17 times),etc.The drug efficacy is mainly tonifying deficiency and fixing astringency for internal and external use;Both of the four Qi of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly warm drugs;Five flavors oral compound is mainly sweet;The external compound is mainly pungent;In the aspect of channel tropism,the main oral compound is kidney channel and liver channel;The external compound is mainly composed of kidney meridian and lung meridian;The core drug combinations were obtained by k-means clustering,including 4 types of oral compound and 3 types of external compound.Conclusion The efficacy of oral and external compound Chinese medicine for the treatment of premature ejaculation is mainly to tonify the kidney and consolidate essence.Oral compound is compatible with heat clearing,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,diuresis and dampness;The external compound is mainly compatible with Wenli,jiebiao,attacking virus,killing insects and relieving itching.
