摘要
早泄是常见的男性射精功能障碍,不仅严重影响患者生活质量,还可影响家庭和谐。中医认为早泄病因责之于肾,证型以肾虚、心肾不交多见。郭军教授在此基础上首次提出“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论,以“肾”作为脏腑辨证的核心,脑、心、肾等功能失调致精室失用,而精室失用为早泄发病的最终环节,治疗倡导“心身同调”“整体与局部同治”,并在此理论指导上拟定了翘芍方。此方以“安心神、调脑神、益肾精”为治则调节脑、心、肾、精室之间联系,养心(脑)神、补肾精,调一身之气、固肾精,整体结合局部,以达到益肾壮阳、固精止泄之效,从而控制精室开阖,全方补中有通,神、体、用共治,以此指导临床治疗且疗效显著,为临床辨治早泄提供了新的思路与方法。
Premature ejaculation is a common male ejaculation dysfunction, which not only seriously affects the quality of life of patients, but also affects family harmony.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the cause of premature ejaculation lies in the kidney, and the syndromes are more common with kidney deficiency and heart-kidney incompatibility.On this basis, Professor GUO Jun put forward the theory of the "brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber" axis for the first time, taking "kidney" as the core of Zang-fu syndrome differentiation. It is used as the final link of premature ejaculation, and the treatment advocates "coherence of mind and body" and "common treatment of whole and part", and based on this theoretical guidance, Qiaoshao decoction is formulated.This prescription is based on the principle of "reassuring the spirit, regulating the brain spirit, and nourishing the kidney essence". It regulates the connection between the brain, heart, kidney, and essence chambers, nourishes the heart(brain) spirit, tonifies kidney essence, regulates Qi of the whole body, and strengthens the kidney essence. The whole is combined with the parts to achieve the effects of invigorating the kidney, strengthening Yang, strengthening the essence and stopping the leakage, so as to control the opening and closing of the sperm chamber. It provides new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of premature ejaculation.
