摘要
目的:监测临床使用的即时检测(POCT)床旁血糖仪检测结果与国家质量控制标准的一致性。方法:选择医院在用的42台POCT床旁血糖仪,其中艾科·益优血糖仪32台,三诺EA-11血糖仪10台。利用奥林巴斯AU2700全自动生化分析仪的血糖模块,进行7档浓度的标本比对,同一标本检测2次取平均值。比对标准为:当血糖浓度<4.2 mmol/L时,≥95%的糖浓度检测结果误差应在±0.83 mmol/L的范围内;当血糖浓度≥4.2 mmol/L时,≥95%的糖浓度检测结果误差应在±20%范围内。结果:42台POCT床旁血糖仪初次比对中出现偏差7台(占16.66%),达标率仅为83.33%(35/42),校准后第2次复检全部合格。结论:医院床旁血糖仪设备的管理应高度重视血糖仪的质量控制、引进退出机制及质量层次划分,确保POCT血糖仪质量的准确性和可靠性。
Objective:To monitor the consistency between the testing results of point-of-care testing(POCT)bedside blood glucose meters in clinical use and the national quality control standards.Methods:42 sets of POCT bedside blood glucose meters used in hospitals were selected,32 of which were On-call blood glucose meters and 10 of which were Sano EA-11 blood glucose meters.Comparison of samples of 7 concentrations was made by using the blood glucose module of the Olympus AU2700 automatic biochemical,and the same specimen was tested twice and the average value was taken.The comparison standards were:when the blood glucose concentration<4.2 mmol/L,≥95%of the deviation of test results of glucose concentration shall be in the range of±0.83 mmol/L;when the blood glucose concentration≥4.2 mmol/L,≥95%of the deviation of test result of glucose concentration shall be in the range of±20%.Results:There was deviation in 7 of 42 POCT bedside blood glucose meters by the first comparison(16.66%),and the compliance rate was only 83.33%(35/42),and all were qualified in the second re-inspection after the calibration.Conclusion:The management entity of the hospital bedside equipment shall attach great importance to the quality control of blood glucose meters,introduce exit mechanism and quality hierarchy so as to ensure the quality accuracy and reliability of POCT blood glucose meters.
