摘要
数字技术在医疗领域已得到了广泛应用,数字化工具和机器学习作为其中的重要部分,正被逐渐应用于糖尿病护理的全方面和全过程。该文总结了目前国内外数字化工具和机器学习算法在糖尿病风险筛查、糖尿病管理“五驾马车”(血糖监测、药物治疗、饮食控制、运动锻炼及健康教育)和延续性护理中的应用,旨在总结现有研究成果的基础上,为数字技术在糖尿病护理中的持续发展提供借鉴。
Nowadays,digital technology is widely used in the medical field,and digital tools and machine learning,as an important part of it,have been applied in all aspects and the whole process of diabetes care.The paper summarizes current domestic and foreign applications of digital tools and machine learning algorithms in diabetes risk screening.The application involves the"five pillars"of diabetes management:blood glucose monitoring,medication therapy,dietary control,exercise,and health education,as well as continuous nursing.The aim is to provide a reference for the sustainable development of digital technology in diabetes care,based on a summary of existing research results.
