摘要
创新是21世纪人才所必备的重要能力。在全球创客运动浪潮的推动下,创客教育为创新型人才的培养提供了新的模式。本文基于创客教育的内涵和特征,分析创客教育与创新教育及创新型人才培养的关系特征,从创客空间、创客活动、创客文化三个层面构建创新型人才培养实践框架,从师资队伍、课程体系、实践活动、资源配置、保障机制五个方面提出创新型人才培养实现路径,以推进创新型人才培养模式更好发展。
Innovation is an important ability necessary for talents in the 21 st century.Driven by the wave of the global maker movement,maker education provides a new model for the cultivation of innovative talents.The paper analyzes the characteristics of the relationship between maker education and innovation education and the cultivation of innovative talents based on the connotation and characteristics of maker education.The authors of the paper construct a practical framework for the cultivation of innovative talents from three levels---maker space,maker activities,maker culture and propose a realization path of innovative talent cultivation from five aspects---faculty,curriculum system,practical activities,resource allocation and guarantee mechanism so as to promote the development of innovative talent cultivation.
