摘要
为了保护和有效利用龙牙楤木资源,建立表面活性剂强化超声波提取龙牙楤木中齐墩果酸的方法 ,通过探究相同浓度的十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温20、吐温80、司班80等5种表面活性剂对提取效果的影响,筛选出十二烷基硫酸钠,采用单因素实验探究适宜质量浓度。结果表明,在提取条件为液料比为25:1,乙醇体积分数为70%,超声功率为270W,超声时间为30min,超声温度为60℃时,质量浓度为0.8%的十二烷基硫酸钠,提取部位为枝条时提取效果最佳,含量达15.5821%。
In order to protect and effectively utilize the resources of Aralia elata,the study establish a method to study on extraction condition of oleanolic acid from Aralia elata surfactant strengthen ultrasonic.Object to study the effect of sodium dodecyl sulfate,sodium dodecyl sulfonate,tween 20,tween 80,Span 80 under the same concentrations.The five surfactant on extraction of oleanolic acid from Aralia elata,to screen out sodium dodecyl sulfonate,and the optimum mass concentration is explored by single-factor test.As a result,the optimum conditions are determined as follows:solid to liquid ratio of 1:25(g/mL),ethanol concentration of 70%,ultrasonic power of 270W,ultrasonic time of 30min,ultrasonic temperature of 60℃,mass concentration of surfactant of 0.8%sodium dodecyl sulfonate,and the extraction part of branch.Under the conditions,the maximum extraction rate of oleanolic acid could reach 15.5821%.
