摘要
用正交试验法对辽东Ｓｏｎｇ木提取齐墩果酸工艺进行优选, 实验选择提取方式，水解酸度，水解时间三个因子，每因子三个水平，用Ｌ０正交表进行实验设计。结果表明，辽东 Ｓｏｎｇ木根皮粗粉加适量水湿润，自然发酵４８小时后，加水煎煮二次，合并浓缩，再加１０％硫酸水解５小时为最佳提取工艺。
Th'e aticle has made a test of the influential factors on extracting the Oleanolic acid from Aralia elata. The result shows that the best extracting conditions are as follows: After wet fermentation for 48 hours, the raw material is secondary merged in bioling and 10% H2SO4 hydrolysis time 5 hours with a yield of 3.71%.
