摘要
金属防腐蚀的方法一直是研究的热点,而水性涂料由于其无毒、无味、环保等优点也越来越受到重视。本文选用十二烷基磺酸钠充当乳化剂,采用相反转法制备了环氧树脂乳液,研究了乳液在制备过程中乳化剂用量、乳化温度对其平均粒径和稳定性的影响,硬脂酸盐类长链缓蚀剂作为包覆剂对具有优良性能的绢云母粉进行表面包覆改性,用扫描电镜观察了绢云母粉包覆前后的表观形貌变化,并计算了包覆量。结论表明,将水性涂料用于金属防腐领域具有十分重要的研究意义和应用价值。
The methods of metal anti-corrosion are being studied for a long time. Waterborne paints attract so much attention due to their process non-noxious, odorless, no-harm to the environment and safe characteristic. We prepare the epoxy resin latex with SES as the emulsifier in the way of phase inversion. The influence of the emulsifier content and emulsifying temperature on average particle size and stability are investigated. The stearates, a kind of long-chain inhibitor are used to surface coat the mica powder which has good properties. The morphology of the coated and uncoated mica powder are characterized by SEM and we calculate the coated quantum. The conclusion shows that it is very valuable to research the water-based corrosion resistant coatings
