摘要
新时代背景下,加强劳动教育、弘扬劳动精神、引导学生树立正确的劳动观念、传播劳动文化以及培养热爱劳动的习惯已成为高职院校重要的育人内容。本文从"工匠精神"视域下分析高职院校劳动教育现状及存在问题入手,从多个维度探讨高职院校劳动教育的实施路径,以期为高职院校劳动育人工作的推进和实施提供有益指导,从而提高高职院校的人才培养质量。
Under the background of the new era, strengthening labor education, carrying forward the spirit of labor, guiding students to establish the concept of labor, spreading labor culture and cultivating the habit of loving labor has become an important educational content of higher vocational colleges. From the perspective of "craftsman spirit", this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of labor education in higher vocational colleges, and discusses the implementation path of labor education in higher vocational colleges from multiple dimensions, in order to provide useful guidance for the promotion and implementation of labor education in higher vocational colleges, and improve the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
