“三全育人”格局下高职劳动教育实施路径探析 被引量:7

A Probe into the Implementation Path of Higher Vocational Labor Education under the Pattern of“Three-in-one Education”

摘要 近年来,“大思政”体系的构建成为高职教育中的重要一环,作为“大思政”体系的核心,如何构建和实施真正意义上的“三全育人”格局成为众多高职教育工作者研究的课题。2020年国家教育部颁布文件,再次重申劳动教育的重要意义,要求“把劳动教育纳入人才培养全过程”。“三全育人”的高职“大思政”教育格局将会对劳动教育产生怎样的影响,在高职“三全育人”格局下高职院校劳动教育该怎样实施,这一系列问题逐渐进入高职教育工作者的视野。文章从高职“三全育人”格局出发,探析在“大思政”的背景下更加有效地实施高职劳动教育的路径,旨在为高职劳动教育的具体实施献计献策。 In recent years,the construction of the“big ideological and political education”system has become an important part of higher vocational education.As the core of“big ideological and political education”system,how to construct and implement the pattern of“three-in-one education”in a real sense has become the research topic of many higher vocational educators.In 2020,the Ministry of Education issued a document reaffirming the importance of labor education,requiring“labor education into the whole process of talent training”.What kind of influence will be exerted on labor education by the pattern of“big ideological and political education”of“three-in-one education”in higher vocational colleges,and how to implement labor education in higher vocational colleges under the pattern of“three-in-one education”,a series of problems have gradually entered the vision of higher vocational education workers.Based on the pattern of“three-in-one education”in higher vocational education,this paper explores the path of more effective implementation of higher vocational labor education under the background of“big ideological and political education”,aiming at providing suggestions for the concrete implementation of higher vocational labor education.
