摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,我国一直坚持创新驱动发展战略,更需要具备创新精神和工匠精神的高素质人才。"大众创业、万众创新"蓬勃发展,对此,文章展开分析和讨论,了解什么是工匠精神的内涵,找准在整体创新创业能力培养过程中存在的问题,从而探究出在工匠精神背景下,提升高职学生创新创业能力的有效途径。希望能够培育学生的工匠精神,培养学生的创新创业能力,为学生日后发展奠定基础。
With the continuous development of the whole economy and society,China has been adhering to the strategy of innovation-driven development,and more high-quality talents with innovative spirit and craftsman spirit are needed.With business startups and innovations by the general public flourished,we carry out analysis and discussion to understand the connotation of craftsmanship spirit and identify the problems existing in the cultivation process of overall innovation and entrepreneurship ability,so as to explore effective ways to develop vocational college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability under the background of craftsmanship spirit.It is hoped that we can cultivate students’craftsmanship spirit,cultivate students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and lay a foundation for their future development.
