OBE理念在我国高等职业教育改革中的应用研究 被引量:49

摘要 OBE理念是一种以学生的学习成果为导向的教育理念。我国已有个别高职院校应用OBE理念进行教育教学改革,一些应用型本科院校也已经开始推行OBE理念。"职教二十条"明确提出高职教育要借鉴国际职业教育的普遍做法,积极推进高质量发展,深化人才培养培训模式改革,提升技术技能人才培养质量。树立OBE理念,推动我国高职教育理论创新与实践创新,为我国高职院校进行教育教学改革和人才培养模式创新提供重要参考。 OBE concept is an education concept that is oriented towards students’ learning outcomes. In China, there have been some higher vocational colleges that have applied OBE concept to education and teaching reform. Some application-oriented undergraduate colleges have begun to implement the concept. "Twenty Articles of Vocational Education" clearly proposes that higher vocational education should learn from the general practices of international vocational education, actively promote high-quality development, deepen the reform of personnel training and training models, and improve the quality of technical and technical personnel. OBE concept provides an important way for the theoretical and practical innovation of higher vocational education in China, and provides an important reference for the reform of education and teaching and the innovation of talent training models in higher vocational colleges.
