摘要
成果导向教育理念自上世纪八十年代提出以来,经过30多年的发展,受到了国内外教育学界的追捧。本文从高职院校的实际情况出发,基于成果导向的教育理念,对高职院校如何利用成果导向理论进行人才培养模式改革进行了探讨和研究,将成果导向理论与高职院校人才培养相结合,探讨构建符合我国国情的高职人才培养模式。
Since it was put forward in 80s of last century,outcome based education has been pursued by educational circles both at home and abroad for more than 30 years.This paper from the actual situation of higher vocational colleges,outcome based education concept,and discusses how to use the personnel training mode reform achievement oriented theory in higher vocational colleges,combining the theory and results oriented talents' training in higher vocational colleges,explore the talent training model of higher vocational construction according to the situation of our country.
