摘要
职教20条明确提出,深化复合型技术技能人才培养培训模式改革,启动1+X证书制度试点工作。文章围绕汽车专业领域"1+X"试点,从制度建设、师资培养、试点考核、课证融通等方面推动"1+X"证书制度落地实施,为该制度的持续开展和推广提供借鉴作用。
The 20 items of vocational education clearly put forward to deepen the reform of the training mode of compound technical talents and start the pilot work of 1+X certificate system. Focusing on the "1+X" pilot project in the field of automobile, this paper promotes the implementation of "1+X" certificate system from the aspects of system construction, teacher training, pilot assessment, course certificate integration, etc., so as to provide reference for the continuous develop-ment and promotion of the system.
