摘要
我国煤矿综采技术装备与矿井配套设施的快速发展加剧了采掘失衡的矛盾,发展煤矿快速掘进装备是解决掘进速度慢、提高掘进智能化水平和保障生产安全高效的先决条件。笔者根据现有的掘进装备情况指出,发展快速掘进智能装备需要解决掘进装备的可靠性和掘锚护一体化装备高效性这2个关键技术问题。笔者认为,通过采用先进的设计理念及方法,研发新技术和加强制造工艺过程的质量控制等可以解决掘进装备可靠性问题,以满足并提高掘进工作的正常使用要求。此外,笔者认为,掘锚护一体化装备的高效性可从快速定位找眼技术、新施工工艺与安全支护标准以及掘锚装备与锚护材料的协同性与匹配性这3个方面进行提高,从而解决掘进速度慢、安全生产系数低等问题。最后笔者指出,提高煤矿巷道掘进智能化程度不仅需要发展快速掘进智能装备,而且要引入人工智能技术,才能真正实现巷道的智能化掘进。
The rapid development of fully mechanized mining equipment and mine supporting facilities in China has aggravated the unbalance of mining and heading,the development of rapid heading equipment of coal mine is the prerequisite to solve the problem of slow heading,improve the intelligent heading level and guarantee the safety and efficiency of production.According to the current situation of heading equipment,reliability of heading equipment and efficiency of integrated equipment of heading,anchoring and supporting should be solved for the development of intelligent rapid heading equipment.By adopting advanced design concept and method,the research and development of new technology and the quality control strengthening of manufacturing process were conducted to solve the reliability problem of heading equipment and meet and improve the normal operation requirements of roadway heading work.In addition,the efficiency of integrated equipment of heading,anchoring and supporting could be improved based on three aspects from rapid positioning and hole finding technology,new construction technology and safety support standards,and the coordination and matching of heading and anchoring equipment and anchoring and supporting materials,so as to solve the problems of slow heading and low safety production coefficient.In order to improve the intelligent heading degree and finally realize intelligent heading of coal mine roadway,the development of intelligent rapid heading equipment and the introduction of artificial intelligent technology were needed.
