综掘机远程可视化智能掘进技术的研究 被引量:17

摘要 煤矿智能化将物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能、自动控制、新一代信息技术等与煤炭生产技术深度融合,形成全面感知、实时互联、数据驱动、智能决策、自主学习、协同控制的完整煤矿智能系统,实现煤矿地测、设计、采掘、运通、分选、安全保障、生产经营管理等全过程安全高效智能运行的现代化煤矿。但不管多么高级的自动化、智能化,安全总应是排在第一位的,以人为本更是需要优先考虑的问题,煤炭开采,掘进先行,面对采掘失衡、技术水平低、安全与职业健康保障难等问题,提出综掘机可视化远控智能控制技术,采用5G无线通讯或WiFi连接实现综掘机与集控中心数据及视频传输,采用惯性导航技术解决综掘机姿态位置及前进方向,采用智能感知机身电控系统、低时延视距遥控系统及可视透雾除噪视觉系统,实现远程可视操作。减轻了人员疲劳程度及职业健康危害,提高了人员操作安全性,实现减人、增安、提效的目的。 Coal Mine intelligentization deeply integrates the internet of things,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,automatic control,new generation information technology with coal production technology,to form a complete coal mine intelligent system of overall perception,real-time interconnection,data-driven,intelligent decision-making,autonomous learning and cooperative control,realize the whole process of coal mine survey,design,excavation,transportation,washing,safety guarantee,production and operation management safe and efficient intelligent operation of modern coal mine.But no matter how advanced automation and intelligence,safety should always come first,and people-oriented is a priority issue.Coal mining and excavation go first,in the face of the problems of mining unbalance,low technology level,difficult to ensure safety and occupational health,this paper puts forward a visual remote control and intelligent control technology for comprehensive excavating machine,which adopts 5 G wireless communication or WiFi connection to realize data and video transmission between comprehensive excavating machine and centralized control center,the inertial navigation technology is used to solve the attitude position and forward direction of the roadheader,and the remote visual operation is realized by the intelligent sensing electronic control system,the low time delay visual range remote control system and the visual system of transparent fog and noise elimination.The utility model reduces the fatigue degree of the personnel and the Occupational Health Hazard,improves the safety of the personnel operation,and achieves the goal of reducing the personnel,increasing safety and improving efficiency.
