摘要
大柳塔煤矿掘进工作面胶带机已全部实现无人值守,设备数据集中显示、运维,控制权限分散下发,胶带机、各用途变压器、馈电、开关等设备均能实现远程控制,电流、电压、电阻等主要参数集中显示。针对连采工作面"透明化"生产需要解决的问题,通过将连采各个系统接入环网,利用三网交换机,将电信网、广播电视网和互联网融为一体,成功将胶带机、电器设备、移动设备运行过程中的"人-机-环-管"数据信息相融合,真正地将井下"封闭"的作业空间全方位"透明化"。
The belt conveyor in the driving face of Daliuta coal mine has been completely unattended,and its equipment data has realized centralized display,and the control authority has been decentralized.The belt conveyor,transformers for various purposes,feed switches and other equipment can realize remote control,and the main parameters such as current,voltage and resistance can be displayed in a centralized way.According to the“transparent”production needs of continuous mining face,through connecting each system of continuous mining to the ring network,using three network switches to integrate the telecommunication network,radio and television network and the Internet,the“human,machine,environment and management”data and information in the operation process of belt conveyor,electrical equipment and mobile equipment are successfully integrated,and the underground operation is truly“transparent”.
