摘要
安全高效生产是煤矿企业长期追求的目标,掘进工艺发展较慢,受机械化程度不高、劳动强度较大等因素的影响,使得掘进速度低,不能适应开采速度,制约了矿井的高效开采。综合阐述了影响巷道快速掘进的不利因素,提出实现快速掘进的措施,并应用到井下掘进实践,实现了综掘工作面巷道安全、高效、快速掘进。
Safe and efficient production is a long-term goal pursued by coal mining enterprises.Due to slow development of tunneling technology,low degree of mechanization and large labor intensity,the driving speed is low,which can not adapt to the mining speed and restrict the efficient mining of mines.This paper expounded the unfavorable factors that affect the rapid tunneling of the roadway,put forward the measures to achieve the fast driving,and applied it to the underground tunneling practice,so as to realize the safe,efficient and fast driving of the fully-mechanized driving roadway.
