摘要
我国作为一次能源生产和消耗大国,随着煤炭资源大量开采和消耗,通过绿色开采提高资源开采利用率势在必行。我国薄煤层煤炭资源可开采储量达61.5亿t以上,占全部可采储量的19%左右。由于薄煤层开采地质条件复杂,受狭小采掘空间限制人员劳动强度大,为了满足作业空间的要求,巷道掘进时需要对顶或底割除部分岩石,对掘进设备的适应截割硬度要求高,设备开发配套的相关企业较少,致使开采难度大“投入产出比低”采出率较低。随着人力成本的增加,国家要求资源利用率提高,开采机械化程度提高,薄煤层安全智能开采已受到广大煤炭生产企业的高度重视。因此,研制高效的智能薄煤层巷道掘进装备对于薄煤层的开采尤为重要。
As a major country in the production and consumption of primary energy,with the massive mining and consumption of coal resources,green mining is imperative to improve the utilization rate of resource mining.The recoverable reserves of thin coal seam coal resources in my country are more than 6.15 billion tons,accounting for about 19%of all recoverable reserves.Due to the complex geological conditions of thin coal seam mining,and limited by the narrow mining space,the labor intensity of personnel is high.In order to meet the requirements of the working space,part of the rock needs to be removed from the top or bottom when the roadway is excavated.There are few supporting related enterprises,resulting in the difficulty of mining and the low recovery rate of“low input-output ratio”.With the increase of labor costs,the state requires the utilization of resources to be improved,the degree of mechanization of mining is improved,and the safe and intelligent mining of thin coal seams has been highly valued by the majority of coal production enterprises.Therefore,the development of efficient intelligent thin coal seam roadway excavation equipment is particularly important for thin coal seam mining.
